Washington County to wit:

I L. T. Cosby, Commissioner of accounts of the County Court of said County hereby certify that having advertised the same as required by law have proceeded to state, settle & adjust the Administration account of L. H. Counts, Admr. Of John Phelps Sr. deceased, and find the foregoing to be a true statement thereof.  The account is balanced.  Given under my hand this 12th day of October 1888.

At a Court begun and held for Washington County the 26th day of August, 1889.

The foregoing Settlement of the account of L. H. Counts Administrator of John Phelps, Sr. deceased, which has been filed in the Clerks office of this court for more than one month past and to which there are no exceptions has been examined by the Court and found to be correct.  It is therefore ordered that the same be confirmed and recorded.

                                                                        Test.
