L.P. Summers vs Nelson T. Branch
This cause came on this day to be heard upon the papers formerly read and the statement of counsel in open court, that the judgment asserted in this cause and all the costs of this suit except the costs of John M. Kreger Clerk has been paid and settled by the defendant, and being argued by counsel, upon consideration whereof the Court doth order, adjudge and decree, that John N. Kreger Clerk recover of Nelson T. Branch, the sum of $____ [left blank] his cost in this behalf and for which costs an execution may issue, and it appearing to the Court that there is no cause stated for longer retaining this cause upon the docket of this Court, whereupon the Court doth order that the same be stricken from the docket.
