	Around 1897	Louise C. (Loutie) Bell
	1896	Elizabeth Duling and Agnes Roycroft, St. Paul, Kansas. These were two childhood friends of Gertrude Lee Bell. Agnes Roycroft married Gertrude's early sweetheart, Joe Volmer, in 1903. Gertrude had been sent to Missouri to stay with her mother's sister Sally Saunders Taylor in 1892, and Gertrude then met and married James Adelbert Jarboe in 1897. Agnes Roycroft died in 1918 and Joe Volmer married Gertrude's younger sister Louise (Loutie) Bell McAndrew in 1937.
